About Me

I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor who has worked for more than 5 years with children, teens, parents and families. I have a variety of experience ranging from crisis management to managing everyday stress.

I work hard to support clients with what they need based on their desire for change. My style is relaxed, honest and not without humor. I believe that people want to feel authentically heard and understood without judgment. Experience has taught me that this type of compassionate and non-judgmental relationship is the best environment for a client to uncover their own truth and find hope and direction.

Education and Licensure: I received my Bachelors degree in Psychology with a minor in social welfare from Bridgewater State University. I then received my Masters degree in Mental Health Counseling. I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in the state of Massachusetts.

Professional Experience: Much of my work has focused on children, adolescents and families, focusing on relational and behavioral issues. I have been working in the social service field for over 5 years in a variety of settings, including in-home, community-based, private practice and within the school system.
